Our founders have been in the diamond industry for over 30 years. They know the ins and outs of this market like the back of their hands. Originally working with natural diamonds they worked hard and established themselves in US Diamond market. Lab Grown diamonds weren’t known back then, not until a few years ago when murmurs of this new product began travelling up and down the diamond district. 7 years ago these rumors first hit the ears of Pankaj, marking the start of their journey.

It was in January 2016 when Pankaj made his first ever sale of lab grown diamonds. Immediately, Pankaj began importing LG Diamonds from India and established procurement set up in Surat, India. Later on, he expanded into cutting and polishing of LG Diamonds. In 2017, Pankaj joined hands with Raj and together they made LG Diamond Business grow multifolds and established a new product category in the diamond/jewelry market. Unfortunately, in February 2021 Raj got COVID infection and passed away.

Forming an exclusively lab grown diamonds company was indeed an extraordinary and risky idea. Initially not many were willing to accept lab Grown stones. However, Pankaj & Raj were determined to share what they had learned and their vision for it to others. Under their partnership in October 2017 they quickly established Lab Grown Diamonds Inc.

They saw a future with lab grown diamonds knowing that this is a product of technology; this is the product of the next product for the next generation. So who better to join and support their crusade to the next generation, their children. In 2019, VISHWA, daughter of Pankaj joined the business and took over as a Sales Manager. She contributed tremendously to the growth of business.

When the company was still small and growing Pankaj's daughter joined becoming a beacon carrying forth our motto that Lab Grown Diamonds is here Now & Forever.

Meet Our Team

Mr. Pankaj

Our founder Pankaj was among the very first diamond dealers that brought lab-grown diamonds to the limelight. 7 years ago, back in 2016, Pankaj made his very first sale of lab-grown diamonds, and we haven't looked back ever since.

Initially, he started importing diamonds from India and established LG Diamond's very first procurement in Surat. Later, he also got involved in cutting and polishing of lab-grown diamonds until he met Raj, and together they established a new product category in the diamond/jewelry market. Pankaj and Raj together worked strenuously and took the lab-grown diamond business to new heights until Raj passed away in 2021 due to Covid.

Under their partnership, they established Lab Grown Diamond Inc, and today this brand is collectively run by Pankaj and his daughter Vishwa, who joined Lab Grown Diamond USA LLC in 2019 as a sales manager.

Today Lab Grown Diamonds has moved from its small office to our beautiful space on the 8th floor in New York. Under the leadership of Pankaj and the continuous guidance of his daughter Vishwa, Lab Grown Diamond USA LLC has grown multifold, with its inventory as well as the number of customers it serves.

Taking her father’s establishment one step further, Vishwa joined LGD Diamonds USA LLC back in 2019 as a Sales Manager. To take the business up a notch Pankaj got Vishwa involved in the family business, and since then she has been the flag bearer for making lab-grown diamonds easily accessible to all.

With the advancement of technology, Vishwa strived to provide a new edge to the age-old business that started off with natural diamonds. Today, Lab Grown Diamonds USA LLC is one of the leading diamond dealers in New York, and Vishwa is in charge of ensuring that every diamond that we produce justifies the cause with which the company was first established; while maintaining its contemporary approach to the age-old diamond industry.

From fancy diamonds to Round lab-grown diamonds the father-daughter duo has successfully expanded the empire of lab-grown diamonds and has turned it into one of the most vital parts of the diamond industry.
